Brand New Guest Laundry
Coin operated guest laundry facility. Four washers and dryers. Complete with change machine on site. We have laundry soap and dryer sheets available at the office.
Direct access to the San Juan River Trail in Bluff, Utah
Exit to the trail from the left, rear corner of Cadillac Ranch, turn left, then right. Take two routes, one that leads directly to the river about 0.8 miles from the park, or one that meanders around before arriving at the river. Take a short walk, or up to 10 miles to arrive at Sand Island boat launch and petroglyphs. No motorized vehicles are allowed, but feet and bicycles are. (Including e-bikes)
Group Fire Pit
Just a step outside your RV. A perfect location to spend an evening star gazing, hanging out with friends or meeting new friends.
Star-Filled Skies
You may notice that the town of Bluff has very little lighting at night. We are working towards an international dark skies designation. That makes it a perfect location to see more stars than you can imagine.
Private Bathrooms & Showers
Each bathroom has a private sink, toilet, shower and small bench. There is a peg rack to hang your towel and fresh clothing. And there is plenty of hot water! You won't have to share a row of stalls and run across the hall to jump into a shower. There are 4 bathrooms available so there is little to no wait time. If you do happen to have to wait a few minutes, there is a nice little indoor area with a bench, table and some magazines for your use.
Fast, Reliable Internet
We have completely revamped our internet in October of 2023! Fiber fast enough to stream with excellent coverage for the entire park. Every piece of internet equipment has been upgraded.
Wide Open Spaces
At Cadillac Ranch, we have a lot of open space to set up chairs, go for a walk or gather with friends. We are currently building up our supply of games which will include such favorites as corn hole, badminton and the new rage, top block.
You won't feel crowded at the Cadillac Ranch.

Amazing Views
Unobstructed, world class views right from your site.
Watch the sunset as the evening light shines on the bluff to the west and sets it on fire.
Walking Path
A nice little path around the pond provides a lovely early morning or evening walk. Listen to the frogs sing and the blackbirds' music as you stroll.
At this time, the pond is covered extensively with cattails and provides shelter for many varieties of birds, including our very large blue heron.
Bird Watching
Coming soon, stop by the office to use a pair of binoculars and see if you can locate some of the rarer birds previously seen in our pond.
Basketball Court
Located at the south end of the park, you will find a small basketball court with one basket. A great spot for a round of H O R S E, a brisk game of one-on-one or simply shooting hoops.
Propane Rental

We will have 5 pound, full propane tanks available for rental or purchase.
Dishwashing Station
A dishwashing station is around the side of the bathroom building. There is no garbage disposal so a trash can is provided. Please scrape all the big and little bits from your dishes prior to washing. A little red wagon is in the dishwashing station for you to transport your dishes to and from the station. A dish drainer is also provided.
