After buying the park, our first upgrade was making the entrance more attractive. The sign is reflective so can be seen at night.

Out with the old….

The picnic tables were in very bad condition, so we decided to replace them with aluminum tables. They stay cool in the summer and no slivers!

In with the NEW!! We are so excited to have attractive and sturdy picnic tables for our guests! The aluminum cleans easily so you know your picnic table is ready for your meals. They don’t get too hot in the summer because of the anodized aluminum.

The new sign is up and the entrance with our 1954 Cadillac.

The first of two dishwashing stations. Hot and cold potable water.

Bike directly from the park on a trail system that leads to and then along the San Juan River. Great place to walk your dogs as well.

Use the wagons to gather your dishes at your campsite and pull them up to be washed.

New Laundry and Bathroom building. Three private bathrooms on the left side of the building each with a private entrance. Building is air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.

Luxurious new bathroom and laundry facilities. Includes 4 washers and dryers with change machine, folding tables and a dishwashing station. Picnic area on the right is being landscaped this spring.

Inside the ADA bathroom at Cadillac Ranch RV Park Utah. Plenty of space to move around with assistive devices in place. Toilet is tall.

Bench seat for easy transfers. Two shower heads, one for use while sitting, the other for standing. Grab bars in convenient locations for standing or sitting.

Brand new deluxe long pull through sites. Clean, level, full hookups at each site. Additional landscaping coming this spring.

Brand new Jumbo sites. Clean, level, full hookups at each site. Bring all your toys and stay to enjoy all the trails for hiking and biking and off roading. Then relax as you take in the larger than life scenery in the evenings. Trees are coming this spring.

We added a brand new laundry room for small loads. There is a small folding table between the washers. The room is air conditioned/heated.

There are 4 washers and dryers for your convenience. Please help us keep them in good condition by following the laundry room rules. 🙂

In addition to our new ADA bathroom, we offer two new, luxurious private “standard” bathrooms. Bathrooms are open all night with no code and are not coin op.

This is a view from the back of the park. In the foreground are the brand new premium jumbo sites. Just finished but not fully landscaped yet. The original standard sized pull throughs can be seen in the middle and the even more brand new deluxe-long pull throughs are on the left. Due to the upcoming cold weather, we are waiting until spring to begin landscaping these sites. Tent sites surround the pond on the right.

This is a pretty view of the park in early spring prior to the onset of construction. The views of the bluffs that surround the RV park are spectacular.

Tent/Camper Van site A as viewed from the air over the pond. These sites have the perfect combination of shade and sunlight. The pond is filled with birds and wildlife to serenade you as you camp.

Tent Site B is right on the edge of our pond. This site has the perfect combination of shade and sunlight.

Tent site E. All our tent sites surround our pond. The accommodate tents or a small camper van. Each site has a nice picnic table and firepit, lots of trees and a beautiful place to relax. Dishwashing station and bathrooms included in tent site fees.

The Indian Paintbrush bloomed larger than ever due to the higher than normal rainfall winter 2023, coloring the landscape like never before.

Annular Solar Eclipse Fun Oct. 14, 2023

We had so much fun at the annular solar eclipse that went directly over the RV Park this last October. We wanted to share with you some of the fun!

It was so interesting that the shadows reflected the progress of the eclipse.
