Cancelation Policy:

You must give at least 4 days advance notice of cancellation for a full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
No refunds are given within 4 days of scheduled arrival and includes -no show, -early departure, -weather conditions and -health related issues. (See travel insurance for health related issues)

SPECIAL EVENTS cancellation policy:
No refund within two weeks of the event without a purchase of travel insurance.

We love our furry friends! Pets are allowed, but we ask them to be well behaved. Any pet that acts aggressively or disturbs other campers with excessive barking/noise, will be asked to leave, with their human families.

There is a maximum of two pets per reservation.

Please keep all pets on leashes when outside of the RV and clean up after them. Pets may not be left unattended outside of the RV.

At this time we do not have a dog park, although we have one planned in the near future. We will be updating our website, Facebook and Instagram accounts as we complete construction plans.

Check in begins at 1:00pm.

Check out is no later than 11;00am

Early check in/Late Check Out are available for a fee.

$5.00 per hour

Please call to arrange these services as they are only available if your site is available.

Yes. Showers may be purchased online or in cash at the payment box near the office. Showers are $10.00 each person. Tax included

We allow non-campers to empty their black water into the septic hookup at an empty RV camping site. Subject to availability.

$15.00 fee. Tax included. Pay online or in cash at the park.

Please come between 11am and 2:30pm to guarantee a place to dump. If there is an empty RV site when you arrive, it can be used to dump. May refill water tanks at the same time. 

No, at this time we do not sell propane. 

Stop at the office to check in.

After hours, pick up paperwork in our Late Arrivals Box at the office. Upon arrival, text your name, license plate number and site # to 435-210-8933

Yes! We offer free wifi. At this time the speeds are 100/25mbps. Fast enough to stream. We do not throttle internet speeds and have unlimited data. 

Mail is NOT delivered to Cadillac Ranch RV Park. However, you can have mail sent General Delivery and pick it up at the post office during office hours.

FedEX and UPS both deliver directly to Cadillac Ranch RV Park. Please schedule packages to arrive when you are actually staying at the park.  All packages are dropped at the office and may be picked up there.
